At Wildmore Compost, we believe in nurturing the land that nurtures us.
We’re a family-run business, nestled in the heart of the quiet Lincolnshire Fens. Our story begins on our farm, cared for across generations with patience, respect, and care. Our farm is rooted in timeless values and heritage, but embraces innovation and newness. Sustainable practices are the backbone of our farm, and that is the main motivator for Wildmore compost, along with our hereditary passion for all things nature, horticulture and soil!
Paul, our founder was tending to the farm, when he had a realisation. The AD Fibre that he had been nurturing his land with, could do more. Paired with other sustainable materials in a perfected blend, our AD Fibre could be used as a replacement for peat! He realised that he can help transform gardens across the UK, without damaging precious peatlands.
From that moment, Wildmore Compost was born.
Our compost is a labour of love, made on our farm using only high-quality, peat-free ingredients. We take our time, working in harmony with the seasons to produce compost that is rich, reliable, and ready to help your plants flourish. From houseplants and herbs, to vegetable patches and garden beds, Wildmore Compost will be your new go-to!
More than just a product, Wildmore Compost represents a way of growing that’s gentle on the planet and generous to your plants. It’s inspired by our deep connection to nature, our hereditary passion for horticulture and soil, and our desire to share that with others.
Whether you're potting up a window box or transforming your garden into a sanctuary, we’re here to help you grow with confidence and conscience.
