Paul – Our Founder 🌾
The backbone of Wildmore Compost, Paul is rarely seen without a spade in hand or a compost pile on the go. With decades of experience in horticulture and soil management, he’s the practical mind and steady hand behind our processes. He knows compost like a baker knows dough. It’s all about feel, timing, and quality. Paul’s philosophy is simple: respect the land, give it time, and it will give back tenfold.

Nikki - The Quiet Powerhouse 🌱
You may not see her front and centre, but Nikki is the engine that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Whether it’s ensuring quality control, brewing up tea for the team, or keeping Paul & Sophie in line, she brings warmth and unwavering care to every step of our journey.
George - Logistics & Lifter of Heavy Things
From lifting, shifting, and loading, to hand-mixing our compost blends, George is involved in the behind-the-scenes process that keeps things running smoothly. With an eye for consistency and a strong pair of arms, George plays a key role in making sure each batch of compost meets our high standards, and gets to you in perfect condition.
Poppy – Chief Morale Officer 🐾
No family business is complete without a four-legged friend. Poppy is our beloved dog who oversees all operations with muddy paws and a wagging tail. You’ll spot her in the background of most of our photos, usually digging where she shouldn’t.
