Let's talk Nutrition

The N:P:K ratio is a ratio of the main three nutrients that naturally occur in compost, fertilisers and soil.
A balanced ratio will support your plants and ensure that they thrive.
Different goals require different ratios, so our N:P:K is carefully balanced to be a great all-rounder.

N: Nitrogen - Promotes leafy growth.
P: Phosphorus - Boosts & strengthens roots.
K: Potassium - Helps plants to flower and form fruit.

..And if that wasn't enough, we have proof!

Radish Yield: 141.38% more than our leading competitors.

We weighed the plants as a whole after washing the roots, and then weighed the roots, radish and leaves on their own.

As you can see below, our compost yielded much more plant mass. (They passed the taste test too! The radishes were crisp, tasty and juicy.)

Frequently asked questions

What makes Wildmore Compost different?

Wildmore Compost is proudly peat-free, artisan-crafted in the UK using generations of agricultural knowledge. We have had the privilege of being able to develop our compost over a span of almost ten years with the help of The University of Lincoln, scientists, nurseries, and growers to get the blend just right. We blend premium, sustainable ingredients and use manure in our AD Fibre to nourish your garden and support thriving, resilient plants without costing the earth.

Why peat-free?

Peatlands are vital ecosystems and carbon sinks. By choosing peat-free compost, you're helping to protect British wildlife, reduce carbon emissions, and support a healthier planet. It’s gardening with conscience.
