Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver to:
• Mainland United Kingdom
What is ‘Mainland UK’?
For delivery purposes, ‘Mainland UK’ refers to England, Wales, and parts of Scotland that are accessible by standard courier services.
This excludes:
• Scottish Highlands
• Scottish Islands
• Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and other offshore islands
Please note that this definition is set by our delivery partners rather than ourselves and may differ from common geographic definitions.

Northern Ireland
Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

2. Delivery Costs
Delivery is charged at £3.99 for the first bag of compost.
An additional £2.00 delivery charge applies for each extra bag purchased.
Additional charges may apply for remote areas.
Bulk and pallet shipments are variable based on your location, and fuel surcharges. Please contact us at orders@wildmorecompost.co.uk for a quote on bulk deliveries.

3. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 14.00 will be processed the next working day.
Note: this may be subject to change.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.
While we aim to meet these delivery times, they are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

5. Delivery Methods
We use trusted courier services such as:
• DHL
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

6. Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your delivery:
• The courier may attempt redelivery
• Your parcel may be left in a safe place
• You may receive instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@wildmorecompost.co.uk within 14 days of expected delivery.
We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Please note: We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you.

9. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, we may charge an additional fee to resend the item.

11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not effect your statutory rights.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
